Hi,
IT could be seborrhoeic dermatitis or funfal infection (Ringworm) of the scalp and face.It is  a skin disorder affecting the scalp, face, and trunk causing scaly, flaky, itchy, red skin.

The cause could be a combination of yeast, genetic, environmental, hormonal, and immune-system factors.
Lack of biotin, pyridoxine (vitamin B6) and riboflavin (vitamin B2) may also be a cause.

Shampoos containing coal tar, ciclopiroxolamine ketoconazole, selenium sulfide, or zinc pyrithione are effective and solutions of the shampoos can also be applied on the face.
Pyrithione zinc, found in Head & Shoulders shampoo, is a very effective treatment for ringworm on the scalp and can be used as a body wash to assist in overall treatment.
