crotch irritation

by ronsparks, Nov 08, 2006 12:00AM
for the past 2-3 weeks, i've had a burning/uncomfortable feeling in the area between my legs, under my scrotum.

it is mostly irritated when i walk around...i wear real loose boxers so i don't think that they are rubbing up against it.

also, looking the mirror, i don't see any sort of redness, cuts, or visible irritation, and when i touch with my fingers, i don't really feels any pain or skin changes.

additionally, on my scrotum, near the bottom left testicle, i felt a stronger irritation, again, not visible...i pinpointed it to a hair follicle that felt hard and would hurt when slightly touched.  the follicle was not red or inflammed, just hard.  i applied anitiotic cream for the past three days and it seems that it is going away? what do you think it is? was?

back to the original problem between the legs, i've sprayed lotrimin for the past 4 days, and it has not relived the problem.

what is it? what should i do?

Sounds like mild irritation, plus thinking about the area too much.  Fungus is clearly visible, so it's not that.  In fact, I can't think of any disease it could be.  Just keep it moisturized and forget about it, is my advice.

Take care.
