I have many brown freckles on my hands and lower arms for years...for approximately a month crusts has been forming over most of the freckles..and has remained. I have not tried any treatments expecting the crusts would go away but they have not....is this a form of cancer ? What would you suggest I do ?
Have you heard of this before ? Is there an easy remedy ?

Unless you're picking or scratching them, I can't think of a reason why freckles should crust. Anyhow, cancer doesn't happen in many places at once.
I advise just leaving the crusts alone, applying an antibiotic like bacitracin or neosporin, and showing your hands to a skin doctor for definitive diagnosis.
