cuts on penis

Can some one please help me? My boyfriend and i have unprotected sex, and for like three months strait everytime we had sex he got tiny cuts on his penis, then they would heal. We would have sex again, and they will show up again. Then they healed completely, but were the cuts healed  their was some sort of skin growth they sort of maybe look like skin tags but im not sure? (they look the color of his skin, they dont look like warts) Maybe their scars over the healed cuts im not sure? About three months later last night, the cuts appered again. Should he go to the doctor this time or should he just keep using the antibacterial thing he's using? (the cuts appear all around the skin when he pulls it back he is not curcumsized) I dont think he has any virus, because i dont and we have been having sex for two years.

These symptoms can be due to chafing or friction rub. Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing – either against other skin or against a foreign material. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
