Hi,

This could be a sebaceous cyst which is a closed sac or cyst below the surface of the skin. They are commonly found in the scalp, ears, back, face, and upper arm. They are smooth to the touch, vary in size, and are generally round in shape.
They consists of fibrous tissues and fluids. This is usually caused by blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles, or excessive testosterone production. Sebaceous cysts generally do not require medical treatment. However, if they continue to grow, they may become unsightly, painful, or infected.  An infected cyst may require oral antibiotics. Surgical removal of the cyst is done if it continues to grow. Try to avoid manipulating to prevent infection. If it persists, it would be best to have it evaluated further by your doctor for proper management.

Take care and keep us posted.
