cystic bumps

I have cystic like bumps under my arms that come and go but sometimes they linger and eventually break.  They are painful and become infected and oozy.  I have seen a doctor.  He put me on a few rounds of antibiotics, I had one surgically removed but I still get rashes and new bumps.  Could this be a gluten allergy or something like that?  I really don't know what to do anymore.  I don't want to get more removed as the healing process is painful and I got a rash from having to keep the area covered.  I can't win!
