I have dark areas on feet, elbows, and knees i had this problem since i was a young child, is there any products you know that would help. How do the famous staRS LIGHTEN THEIR SKIN. What about laser therapy ??? or perhaps peeling gels !!

You might want to try skin creams containing either or both of the following ingredients: 2% hydroquinone and 20% urea.  These need no prescription--your doctor can recommend stronger ones.  To be honest, elbows and knees respond slowly, if at all.  Stars use makeup and retouched photos.

Best.
