dark/brown spots on glands ridge

I have noticed this dark/ brown mark  almost a year , just scared what this could be?

NO itchy, NO Pain,

I do have Seborrheic Dermatitis on my nose and ears.

It looks like hyperpigmentation skin. This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin.

Treatment involves hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. Please discuss these options with your dermatologist before using them on the delicate skin of penis as it can cause contact dermatitis.
