dark circle around mouth

hi,
im chantae and ive had a dark ring around my mouth for very long and it looks disgusting i have got it because of liking my lips and ive had it for maybe 1 and a half  years now and it makes me feel really upset when i look in the mirror and i will take anything for it to be gone please help ,

This dark circle can be due to hyperpigmentation skin. This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin.

Treatment involves hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. Please discuss these options with your dermatologist before using them.
