Hi had this problem too...my lip is darker brownish if u look closely it just looks like its dirt or suntan or something, the rest of the lip is fine...bt my dermatologist didnt mention chelitis. She said it was an allergic contact dermatits which caused Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation, but it seems li have the same issue as u so im confused. but if u did have dry lips and is now noticing that their getting darker maybe this is the same problem that i have. Pease advise if u can help on how to get rid of it, iv had this since march and its now august and my dermatologist said there is nothing i can do to get rid of this ugly brownish look on my lips.
