dark stains

there is dark stains between my legs created by the rubbing of the skin when i was overweight, how can i help those dessapear?

You probably can't, Lou.  I would suggest that you show the skin to your doctor next time you go, just to make sure you don't have a fungus infection there ("jock itch.")  But most likely it's just pigmentation, and it will probably stay.

But good for you for losing the weight!
