I have small dents in about 4 of my fingernails they look like someone has put pressurePressure ulcer on them in random places with a sharp pin end. What can this be?

I sincerely advise you to consult a dermatologist as treatment modalities for all are different and so a confirmatory diagnosis has to be made first. Without examination confirmation of a diagnosis is tough.
