dermatology allergic to life

I had the patch test done and was told that Im allergic to these things: thimerosal,formaldehyde,balsam of peru.  O n top of that I also havefood allergies.  My question is how serious is this and what rthe consequences if I cant manage to change everything in my life and if there's any kind of medicine I can take?

First off, good for you to seek out a skin test for allergies.  It can go along way in controlling your health and well being.  I would encourage you to avoid those allergies determined by the patch test as much as possible.  Foods to which you're allergic should be consumed minimally.  No medicines will be able to assist with food allergies, and only some symptoms will be masked by medicines when around toxins, like formaldehyde.
