dermovate scalp application usage for alopecia barbae

does dermovate scalp application usage as medication for alopecia barbae have side effects and could it possibly cause alopecia spots to spread more? what is the maximum usage time for it or it can be used for unlimited period?

I have been diagnosed with alopecia barbae and i have been using this medication for a month almost as i posted earlier but since i started using it is spreading even more and with faster trend could be the cause?
