discoloration

over the last 3 months, my face has had discoloration. around my mouth, outlining my nose and around my eyes. I stopped drinking acidic drinks, i wash my face 3 times a day. i use discoloration lotions and creams but i still have no results.  HELP?!?

When you say discoloration is it due to darkened skin or lightened skin? The differentials and treatment methods for both are different. So please describe the rash in detail.
