discolored skin from prednison and plaquenil

i have very fragile , red skin ,as a result of lupus , ra and kidney disease. i need to know what i can do to help my skin. I have tried ammonia lactate and arnica. nothing helps. My dad was a dermatologist. he would die again if he could see me. thank you, lucy
