so i have about three brown spots on my penis that look alot like freckles, now i knew that i had one of them (ive had it as long as i can remember) but as for the others im not sure if they were there before or not. now these cause no pain they are not elevated from the skin at all and they dont really look like blisters. i had unprotected sex about 4 times in a one week span, that was about a month ago.now im being all paranoid about it because she doesnt have the best rep... now i have some freckles on my body on my arms legs face etc.. do you think that the brown spots are an std or is it more likely they are somethin else??

Hello,
From the description, they sound like freckles or lentigenes only.If they are not causing any symptom like itching or pain then pls leave it as such and don’t worry about them.They should be evaluated only if they increase in size, shape or is associated with any itching,pain,discharge,oozing etc.
