do i have warts, herpes, or something else

i am 19-year-old male, and yesterday i was showering and as i was washing my penis i noticed 3 small pinkish red spots on the head of my penis and 1 on the upper part of the shaft. there were no bumps or anything, the surface was the same as the rest of my penis. today i checked again and the red spots are still there, and the 2 on the head seem to have small bumps in the middle now. i'm not sure if it is important, but i am also uncircumcised. i have only had sex with 2 people, both were virgins and had no stds. also, i recently developed a small wart on my right index finger. i checked a bunch of websites online and they all said that finger warts could not be transmitted to the genital area, but it just seemed coincidental that i got this wart on my finger and then a couple weeks later i got the red marks. i also looked at pictures online of genital warts and herpes but these marks on my penis did not appear to be that, but i can't be sure since i'm no doctor. all the pictures online seem to be extreme cases (maybe they aren't but i can't tell). the last time i had sex was about three of four weeks ago, but i had sex with that partner many times before and nothing like this ever showed up. i was wondering if these red marks on my penis could be an std or something else (if it is an std is there somewhere i could have gotten it other that sex?). i have an appointment with planned parenthood in a week to get tested for stds, but i've been agonizing over this like crazy and i jus wanted  to get some sort of diagnosis a little earlier.

Red marks on the penis do not suggest an STD.  The wart on your finger is not coincidental, just irrelevant.  I suggest you leave the marks alone and ignore them.  If they're still there when you see Planned Parenthood, have them take a look.  Then forget about it, if that's what they suggest you do.

ok i was on a web site and they where showing how to practice

i stretched my penis "not hard and created a ring with fingers and thumb and kinda like pushed blood to the head of my penis and then downards to work the blood vessels well now i see redish marks  on the shaft and head looks like blood blots  is this any std's? i really didnt notice anytyhing before doing this any ideas? not blisters just  red blotches kinda thanks

really all it is lots of very small bumps on the head of my penis. Seems like i probably noticed them about a month ago,but for all i know could have always been there. i ve been having unprotected sex with the same girl for about 4 months. The bumps havent really changed,flesh-colored, dont hurt or brother me, besides looking at them. makes me really nervous,could they be warts??
