do you remove a mole on the clit?

hi i have a mole on my clit am 25 years old. It bugs me that is there i hate seeing there. i found out my mom has it too! But i wanna know if it hurts, during the removal and how do you remove it cutting it or burning it? Do you \how much it cost.? i wanna do something about it.
