does anyone know what this could be???

ive been getting these large sores all over my body and now they have start to grow on my vagina ive never had any sexual contact and i havent been to a doctor in over a year an even on my last visit she said it was from shaving but i know its more then that now my vagina is irritated an itchy somedays and i still am worried about all the other blisters i get over my body bt im 21 an hav no insurance so i was thinking mayb sumbody mayb has went through what ive went through an they may know what it is because im not sure but i want it gone it makes me feel so unattractive

It looks like a boil or a cyst. But if you have had unprotected intercourse then it can be due to herpes sore. You should keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics and warm compresses. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and get cysts and herpes sores ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. I have never had any sexual contact at all i am still a virgin but ive been gettin these lumps an knots in only places where i sweat or where i have skin on skin contact meaning like my thighs rubbing together i was doing research online an i came across a disease call Hidradenitis suppurativa an i was kinda wondering was it that but my skin doesnt look as bad as those pictures but i have some of those symptoms. do you know what oitments contain mupirocin or neomycin? could i buy it out of a drug store? I would really like to go to a doctor but i can not afford it and ive been searching insurance plans to see if i can afford those but havent had any luck yet but thank you for commenting back and i will keep you posted
