does this sound like rosacea

hope someone can help me out.  I have redness on either side of nose and what looks like infected pores on my nose, they are red and dont look like pimples.  Also i have what i can describe as crusty/dry skin along the sides of my nose toward the tip. I am very fair skinned (Irish) and its very sensitive.  Also my right eye feels like it gets sticky when i blink.  the area around my nose and the top of the cheeks under my eye get really hot and it then seems to spread to the rest of my face, it seems to get worse when i shave.  Any suggestions out there?

Possible,seborrheic dermatitis is a differential diagnosis.A pic would help to differentiate.
