dots apperaerd around my mole

hi dr i went to my  doctor in january to get a dark mole checked out he said it looked ok to him but would send me up to the dermotoligist to get it looked at the apopintment was 3 months later april the 1st  . he said it was fine i could have it removed if it was worryin me but i didnt bother . any way i havnt been able to get it out of my head since so i went back to my doctor last week to see if i could go and get it removed   because i cant stop checkin it and messin with my mole he said he would send me up there again to get it removed the apointment would be 5 to 6 weeks . i noticed 4 days ago that 2 small dots apperared on the border of the mole same color as the mole  they are about the size of a pin head you can only see them under a light but its scarrin me just woundered on your thoughts the actuall mole hasnt changed at all thaks

you could have a sebborric kerritosis spelling may be wrong any way they are harmless just had one removed i was a nervous wreck for three weeks till i seen dr it looked like a mole gone bad to me mine also had black specks in it .so try not to stress i know this is hard for i bet i looked at this mole a 100000 times till it was shaved off its been 2 weeks and it still has not healed but iam glad it is gone good luck god bless
