dots like red spots

tiny redish dots appears on both arms. These are not spots but seems skin growth.
There are 7 - 8 dots located closely.

Few are nearby the albow and one comparitively bigger at upper side of arm.

Please advise.

Are there other reddish spots over the chest and extremities?

Are these itchy ?

Were these associated with any intake of medications or food?

Neither these are itchy nor painful. Actually these spots sees like embossed dots over the skin (tiny in size not big). There is just one on the right chest.
