dry skin and red mark on penis

I have a red mark, almost looks like new skin after a scrape, at the base of my penis ... I also have very dry skin at the head of my penis with a few tiny blisters mixed in.  It is itchy at some points at the day but it is not a constant itch.  I have been having unprotected sex and she was just treated for a yeast infection ... I have not yet treated for a yeast infection but am curious if this could be causing it.  If not, what could be?

From the symptoms it can be due to eczema skin. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.
