eczema on penis?

ok well i have talked on here before about issues i have had with dry red patches on my penis. i was told that it is likely eczema. they would appear as red spots that would have ill defined borders sometimes be slightly flaky but only mildly itchy. it appears at first as one or 2 red bumps that would show up and stay for a while and then after they go away after a few weeks the skin of my penis would be kind of chalky red and dry. these symptomes are very mild but still bother me very much since my penis was perfect before this. i went to my doctor finally and he barely looked at it, and right away did an std blood test. he said that it was not HSV..... and didnt refere me to a Dermatologist or anything, he just left me hanging. i really have a hard time thinking this is eczema...... what would be the chances that it would ONLY show up on my penis? i have no other rashes or irritation anywhere on my body. i changed my detergent to hypoallergenic and my soap also. it still drys out my penis the day after i shower...... and it went away for almost a month till about 2 weeks ago when another red bump showed up and is still there, there is no pain at all, and itching is so mild that it might even just be in my head.  I also treated it as though it was a fungal infection just encase, i took acidopilus and used Clotrimazole 1%. i have NO idea what this can be but im very upset about this. NOBODY will help me iv been dealing with this on and off for months now. if this is eczima am i going to have a crappy chalky penis for the rest of my life? is it possible that it might be a fungal infection and the Clotrimazole 1% is not strong enough? im going to attach a picture. its very hard to see the area but it runs along my circumcision scar.

Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like dermatitis or eczema. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also apply good quality moisturizers on the rash.

If the symptoms persist then get an evaluation done from a dermatologist. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
