entire penis red and imflammed

my entire penis has changed color from once very light tan to now orange and red. i had unprotected sex with a girl for about 5 months. originally after our first time of intercourse with a condom my scrotum had looked red and irritated afterwards. I didnt pay much attention to it, and we continued having sex for the 5 months, however at 5 months at around the same time i was getting horrible eczema on my eye lids and on my neck, i got a small circular patch on my penis shaft that looked the exact same as the one on my eye lids and neck. i went to urgent care and they told me i had ring worm on my penis? so i applied econozole nitrate cream to it for the next couple of weeks and it seemed to start to go away, however the mark never seemed to fully go away, afterwards I continued to have sex with a condom and slowly the irritation started to spread across more of my shaft. so at this point my scrotum was red and my shaft was also inflammed and the skin damage. I went to many different doctors, i tried over the counter steriod creams and antifungals, and nothing seemed to work. Many dermatologists told me to forget about it and stop touching it because it didnt look like anything, however i know my own body and my penis was very inflammed! later my girlfriend wanted to try a new lube, ky yours and mine. I put it into my condom and when i took my penis out after sex now my foreskin and head of my penis was bright red!! the entire thing looked like one big red mess. Now 3 months later i am still struggling with this red mess. It is so inflammed and damaged that having intercourse is painful in most cases. i have also tried nystatin, which only made the redness worse. i was told to use triamcinolone acetonide by my general practiconer and finaly i thought i had found some relieif!!!! the entire thing looked like it was back to how it was almost a year ago! however as soon as i discontinued it the redness came right back. please let me know of any insight you might be able to offer me. please can a doctor review my post. thanks!

also to add. i was recently diagnosed to have blantitis however my penis is circumsized. please can Dr. Rockoff review this.
