Hello,
Dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa (DEB) is one of the major forms of epidermolysis bullosa. Severity is important in diagnosing the prognosis. Mild forms of epidermolysis bullosa improve with age. Scarring from several types of epidermolysis bullosa can restrict mobility and impair daily activities.

Regarding pregnancy and child, it can be genetic and hence during pregnancy, chorionic villus sampling to test the fetus is available and should be done in susceptible individuals.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
