exfoliative keratolysis

In aug of 2009 jamfol posted about short term success using Epiceram for exfoliative keratolysis.
Is there been any long term success with this? I've tried lots of things w/o any luck.

Hello,
Exfoliative keratolysis is a skin condition in which there is focal peeling of the palms and soles. Topical steroids are the main treatment. Other modes of treatment include emollient hand creams, prevention of the allergens and photochemotherapy. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist and discuss these treatment options with him.
