exudation from the skin

I am 22 year old Male. Few years back i saw a spot developing on my left thigh beside my groin area...it appeared like a mole but developed 1mm or 2mm thick..the skin became porous..it was looking as if the pore is just freely placed on that swelling..And Recently when i squeezed that, a thick exudation or ooze came out..it was grayish black...it had a bad odour..I squeezed it until the skin became level again..but the pore didn't went away after that..Now again that swelling appeared and again when i squeezed it..the same ooze full of odour came  out.There is no pain at the site...Although the pore and the swelling is small.but i am really concerned about that.

The painless bumps can be a cyst or some benign skin lesion. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.
