Helo, my problems is that my eyebrow are falling off.
When i shower white particles clog the hair and that makes it fall out. A dermatologist has told me i have seborrheic, but have not help. I read that cortisone injections stops the hair loss.

Seborrheic dermatitis causes scaling but not hair loss.  There are several possible conditions you might have, including alopecia.  (THat's what cortisone injections are for.)  To find out which is your diagnosis, you should see a dermatologist.  Meantime, please leave the eyebrow hairs alone.

Best.
