Hello,
Unless and until there is permanent damage to the hair follicles of eyelashes which may occur in second or third degree burns , it usually grows back. It grows back in usually 4-6 weeks but may sometimes take longer. Apply olive oil and take some vitamin supplements for some days. Also eat a healthy, nutritious diet and drink plenty of fluids. If the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist.
