face breakouts and bald spots

Hi im 22 years old and i have recently been seeing uncontrollable face breakouts....its like when it goes away another in the same area will appear...now at the same time i have noticed that i have a bald spot on the crown of my head...im really scared about what is going on and stress about my skin and hair trouble all the time. i thought the hair loss could be due to the excess amount of dandruff or just emotional...does anyone have a clue?? i also have problems with eczema...

Hello,
The break outs on the face can be due to acne which is due to is an overactivity and plugging of the oil glands. The bald spot can be due to hair loss or fungal infection causing tinea capitis. Just keep you face clean by washing with a mild soap atleast twice a day. Pat it dry and do not rub it. Avoid picking or pressing the acne. You can also use Benzoyl peroxide 5% lotion or gel once at bedtime. An amount of lotion the size of a pea should be enough to cover most of your face. If your skin becomes red or peels, you are using too much of the medicine or applying it too often.

If the symptoms persist then topical antibiotics are needed. For the bald spot, I suggest you to get an examination done from a dermatologist and get tinea capitis ruled out.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
