face fungus treatment side effects

i have a fungus on my eyelid. i treated it with ketokenazole yesterday. now it's better but the skin feels hard and very dry. is this normal?

Was the medication prescribed by your physician?

If yes, I suggest that you seek consult with your physician/prescriber and have this assessed. This may not be something urgent but it is good to heck if this is a reaction to the medications or not. A referral to an ophthalmologist will also be necessary. Eyelid problems may be due to blepharits. This is a condition which may be caused by seborrheic dermatitis. Seborrheic dermatitis presents with scaling which occurs in the eyelids. Is this applicable in your case? The management for this differs from that of a fungal infection.
