face itching and rashes
Since 3months my face itching. The area of itching is beside the eyes and beomes black and dry skin. Some times eye droping and vision is not 100%. My age is about 64 years and still I am on job from 7.30am to 4.30pm, climate is mostly hot, temprature from 30 to 40C.
Please advice me treatment, thanks.

It can be due to dry skin or eczema. The mainstay of management is liberal use of moisturizers after washing with luke warm water. Soap should be used minimally. Moisturizers should be reapplied liberally during the day. You can also use a topical cortisone (steroid) cream or ointment like hydrocortisone. Adding a humidifier to the central heating system of your home or using a humidifier also helps.
Also apply calamine lotion and take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin.
