face rash

I have a face rash it's not the first time it's the same one I have been to the ER and they could not tell me what it is.
At first it's starts off as begin intiching then the reds bumps appear around my eyes around my nose to my cheeks but not all over my face and liquid comes out of them and form a cust.
Can you give me some kind of idea of what I might have.

It can be due to impetigo , acne vulgaris, cystic acne or contact dermatitis. It is a highly contagious bacterial infection and causes blister like sores on the body which ooze and crust.
Primarily caused by Staphylococcus aureus and sometimes by Streptococcus pyogenes. Topical and oral antibiotics are the treatment of choice. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get them prescribed.
