face scales

About 4 years ago I got a small dry spot near the side of my lip (where I drull) In the course of time it spread to both sides, my chin, and even reaching my nose cracks. It looks red and dry with scales. It has never itch or had any puss or any bumps. Even when I put cream it still scales. I am worried it might grow bigger and bigger. Some parts seem to reaching my cheeks. My cheeks are not dry yet, but they look like they have sun spots that connect to the major dry spot.
