face with red spots acne like rash and itchy

HI,
Ive been using for four weeks prescribed minocycline antibiotics with benzaclin gel and differin 0.3% because I had small and mild comedons in the sides of my face near my ears. Now the skin of my face is awful and worst everyday, now I have like a rash in my entire face with red spots and I feel like itchy. So I discontinued using those products and and began to wash my face with aveeno soap and there is no relieve either eventhough when I wash my face with water only it becomes more red. I really need help with this situation.
