facial flat warts spreading to the genital area?

Hi. I have facial flat warts which sometimes travel to the edges and the pink area of my lips. I used to have them removed by freezing them, but they just kept coming back so it became pointless. They go thru stages where they are more active on my face/lips, but they have never gone away completely. I was wondering how contagious these warts are?

Can they spread thru oral sex to the genital area? Especially now with more and more people shaving their pubic hairs, is that more possible? I have read mixed things on this, some say that they can go anywhere, and others say that facial flat warts are separate strains than genital warts.

Should I continue to freeze them off even if they keep recurring?
