Hello,
Laser treatment only slows down the production of hair growth. Permanent hair removal is not possible. Lasers actually ensure a temporary complete hair removal. Generally, there is re-growth after 6 months (though it is sparser than the initial growth) and one must undergo additional therapy. So please discuss it with your dermatologist and also get evaluated for the other causes of hair growth like endocrine disorders and polycystic ovarian disease by consulting an endocrinologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

Sorry, not enough information.  Have you had your hormones tested?  Thyroid?  Adrenals?  I ask this, because a hormonal cause should be ruled out first.  Then, if they still find nothing, you may wish to proceed with the dermatologist.  I finally had to give up and just keep using the tweezers.  I would love to be free of those things.
