facial melanosis

myself suffering with lichen planus pigmentosa over a period of 1 year or so,basically started with photodermatitis 3-4 years back,but oflate pimentation of face ,neck and hands increasing within few months,already on pulse steroid 8 mg of methyl prednisolone.would like to know more about disease course,progress any experience regarding its any treatment????

Lichen planus pigmentosa is a variant of lichen planus and the treatment options are potent and ultrapotent topical corticosteroids, systemic steroids, long term antibiotics, oral antifungal agents, phototherapy, acitretin, methotrexate and hydroxychloroquine.
