facial rash

hi i have a terrible facial rash that i really need to get rid off.it recently started at my forhead i bought calomin lotion for it and it made it spread so i bought facial creams and cleansers fron johnson and johnson when this did not work i used sudocream hoping it would work now the rash is itching and i have no option now then to go see a doctor. i have all my 24 years life had very clear skin except when i had a reaction to fish i stopped eating it for a while and then resumed last yaer.please help me.
