fear of 5 spots on my thigh thts been there for 8-9 years. kaposi fear? (Pics Attached) Help ? Help?

I want to know about these spots on my right thigh, thats been there for like 8-9 years now intact ..
It appeared when I was 14 and now I am 23. These dont itch or pain or blanch. I dont know if i should call this spots or lesions. Each spot is about 1cm. First three spots are slightly raised and two are in line with my skin. Looks waxy. I have a hairy body. I have dark brown complexion (Indian)
Looks rather dark in colour in my dark brown skin complexion and looks slightly reddish under light. 2 or 3 small hairs can be seen growing on these spots and in some, black dots which look like hair follicles can be seen

I have this doubt in mind that this could be kaposis .. i dont knw or something else .. ?
I have heard that kaposis is related to aids/hiv, but the problem is im not sexually active or have never indulged in anything risky like injecting drugs or an organ transplant
for the records. I have only indulged in solo masturbation; time when i startd masturbating the first two years i dd it in a face down position on my carpet, floor or bed (some call it the prone way of masturbation)

The album has a pic titled 'marked' which shows the exact position and shape of the spots, with the blue circles indicating the spots that are slightly raised and the black ones that are in line with my skin.

IS THIS KS CANCER?
DOES KS BEHAVE LIKE THIS?

ONCE IT APPEARS, DOES IT PROGRESS? I MEAN, DOES IT INCREASE IN SIZE OVER TIME OR UNDERGO CHANGE IN APPEARANCE, PAIN OR ANY SUCH CHANGES?
