few small sores on penis

Dr. Rockoff,

Thank you for answering my previous question. I'm relieved that you think it's just an irritation and nothing more. I wanted to tell you about some unusual observations that I made in the last two days. It appears that when these little sores are wet they become white and little raised resembling a pimple. I tried to squeeze it out and it didn't so it clearly is not a pimple. What looks unusual to me is that as soon as the penis is dry - they go away (in a minute or two). I came from the beach today and they were white like pimples, as soon as I dried it up with a towel the white went away. While taking a shower they became white again and after I got out and dried up with towel - they slowly went away in a minute or two. When the penis is dry they look as if I scratched them with a little dried blood on them. There's a total of 3-4 of them each of the 1-2mm in diameter.

Does this additional information change your initial opinion on this in any way? Could these observations imply that it's more serious (like std) than a simple irritation? Agian, they don't itch or hurt.

Thank you very much once again.

No, it still does not sound like an STD.  I continue to think that you are examining your penis with excessive care.  You should direct any further questions of this sort to a doctor in person, who alone will be able to answer them properly.
