flat wart on my face

Hi I have gt flat warms all over my side of my right hand face. It is spreading and spreading. I went to see a Derm Doc privately and he gave me Retin A to use.

I cannot see a difference. It is making me so conscious now and I am feeling paranoid all the time.

Is there any treatment out there I can Have. I am willing to pay for this treatment as it is on my face.
