flat warts

I recently went to the dermatologist to get some flat growths on my arms and legs removed. (quite a few). I asked her to look at some bumps where my pubic hair would be and she said i had flat warts there as well. I use the same razor when shaving my legs and my pubic hair. The dermatologist said that the warts could either be spread by myself through the razor i use. Or through sexual content. I have gotten guardisil which is the vaccine that protects against 90% of genital warts HPV. I was wondering what the likelihood is that the warts are nothing and will go away once i get them removed tomorrow. or whether they are the STI HPV

Plane warts are not classified as sexually transmitted disease,however moisture and skin contact can spread in suceptible persons.You body has inbuilt mechanisms to resist further infection.Do not worry.
