It has been afew months so here is an expanded update:  I

Here is my concern:  These 7-9 brown marks have been there for years and I was sure they came from a friction scar from a sexual stint 8 yrs ago; had sex, but her panties were moved to the side and the friction from the panties caused a friction burn on the shaft of my penis on the side.  It healed and no complications from ever since.  I never paid too much attention to myself down there but since her HPV diagnosed I have paid more attention.  Now I notice these 7-9 or so brown marks and wonder if these could be warts and not scars.  Because I examine these in way too much detail I freak out.  They are noticeable due to the skin color difference between the surrounding skin and those brown marks.  They are not raised, not painful, no discharge ever, not itchy, etc.  If I roll the skin in between my forefinger and thumb I cannot tell there is anything different than normal skin...In other words it does not feel raised or abnormal to me.  For the most part they are just plain ugly to me and it has effected my sex life.   They may have gotten more pronounced over the yrs but I do not know if that is because now I have doubts that it is a scar or if it is indeed getting bigger.  I went to planned parenthood to get there opinion and the nurse practioner did the white vinegar test and said it was most likely scar or freckles as the area did not turn white.  She did not do any other tests.  I have found myself still wondering.  There has got to be a way I can get resolution to this.  Look at the pic and give me your honest opinion and please give guidance on whom  should speak to about getting a biopsy, removal, etc.  Should I worry?  They are an eye sore for me and was wondering if they can be removed, but wonder if that would just turn the whole area darker from the new scar?  In ending, I know I should not be worried as I have been checked by Planned Parenthood, the ex has been given a clean bill of health, and I do not have classic symptons of warts, but I still think there has to be someone I can see, who can do more than just a vinegar test and maybe cut them out, freeze em or whatever.  If I could get 100% resolution I could sleep better and get back to my old self so please help steer me in a direction to finding this resolution.  I am attaching a photo.  Not the best clarity but you can see the brown marks.  about 2 of them are bigger than the rest and about 5-7 really small brown spots.  Here is a link to a pic:
