foot and leg itch

It started with itching between the toes. Then moved to the bottom of my feet and heels. Little pinhead sized blisters started to appear. The itching feels better when they pop. Then it started to itch around my ankles and all over my legs. For years this has been happening on and off. It wasn't until recently that it really started to get really bad. Little red bite like dots started to show up on my feet, ankles,, and legs. They even appeared on the sides of my fingersfor a while. The itching is getting worse. It tends to get itchier at night. I noticed that some of the red itchy dots started to show up on my stomach over the last week and now i'm really freaking out. My friend said that he's had really itchy feet and now the itchy dots are showing up on his legs! HELP!!! What is it and how do I make them go away. I would go see a DR, but I have not insurance and zero money to see a DR. :(

Since the itching is at night ,so I would suggest you to get scabies ruled out.The other possibility that need  evaluation is dyshidrotic eczema.

Scabies is an infestation of the skin with the Sarcoptes scabiei mite. It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.
I sincerely suggest you to get it examined from a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
