and i didnt realize it untill i was walking around and usually its gone by like 10 minutes but it wasn't and im so afraid that its like a skin infection or groth and i don't know what to do im to afraid to even walk cuz i think im gonna pop it and like bloods gonna burst out of it or something.

like about mabye half an inch away from the center and its like 1 inch long and wide and every time i push on it it doesn't seem to have ant fluid in it but i dont really know but i just keeps poping back up should i mabye see a doctor?
is hot and sweaty, the sock sticks to the foot. The sock and foot then rub against each other and the inside of the shoe causing blisters to appear. Wear shoes that fit properly and keep feet as dry as possible. Wearing wet shoes, boots and socks will aggravate the problem. So change socks regularly and use foot powder to help keep your feet dry.
If still the lumps persist, then please get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get other possibilities of phytophotodermatitis, bullosa diabeticorum and porphyria cutanea tarda ruled out.
