foreskin rash

Is it possible to develop a rash from contact with a toilet bowl in a public washroom? I haven't had sexual contact for more than 4 years and I have a rash inside my foreskin. I try to be careful when using a toilet in a public washroom, as when I sit down, my penis will flop down and come in contact with the inside of the toilet bowl. The rash has lasted nearly a month. What can I do to get rid of the rash? Thanks

This could be due to acne/imples/ or infection of the hair follicles called folliculitis or some bacterial infection/ fungal infction or some skin nodules etc.

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.

It would be best to reconsult your doctor about your symptoms if they do not resolve and get a proper clinical examination.

Keep the area clean and wear clothes washed in a few drops of chlorhexidine preferably and dried in the sun.

You could take oral antihistamine or antiallergic medications for the itching.

You need to consult your doctor uregently especially since you mention that the lesions are growing.
