fungal infection

hi,

i am 25 yrs old male and never had any kind of allergies or fungal infection in my life, hardly get sick. but this past about three months ago i got this fungal infections i cannot recall the name my doctor told me. basically there are two patches injection under my chin area. it started out as a dime size. i have one about dime size and another about 1inch in diameter, they are sort of round shaped. there is no irritation, no redness or any coloration, no flakiness, no itchy rash. it simply bald area, smooth, i touch it i can feel little white hair area. the day i shave i can see very light red rash area, i m not sure if it happen because i shave. but when i have more hair grown on my beard i do not see the redness at all, it just look like my skin color. it is very annoying because it is visible a day after i shave and i cannot have hair on my beard or this two patches are visible and looks bad

now my doctor gave me Fougera Clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream USP 1%/0.05%(base), i also just started using  Fougera Clindamycin Phosphate gel USP, 1%(equivalent to 1% clindamycin).
i have been using the first one for past three month twice a day and it is almost having no affect. the area is increasing and i m affraid it will get bigger. what should i do? any recommendations on what i should use to get rid of it? can you recommend any medicine/cream??
